Terms of Service
By using Aliyah AI, you agree to these terms. They're short because the product is small.
1. What Aliyah AI is
Aliyah AI is a web application that helps you plan a move to Israel. It bundles several AI "agents" — a Hebrew phone-call script generator, a real-estate search helper, a compliance form drafter, a roadmap timeline, and a professional-network finder — that call third-party AI models on your behalf and surface the results.
2. No account on our servers
Your account exists only in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, the account is gone. There is no "forgot password" that we can serve from a server — the password reset flow is purely local to your device.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse the service in ways that inflate our API costs — for example, scripting repeated requests, building scrapers on top of it, or sharing a single account with many people
- Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing
- Try to extract API keys from the website or the Worker
- Reverse-engineer the Worker proxy to hit Anthropic or ElevenLabs endpoints directly with our credentials
We enforce a per-user daily request budget. If you hit it, requests pause for 24 hours.
4. AI output is a starting point — not advice
Aliyah AI's agents produce drafts: phone scripts, WhatsApp messages, tax form entries, roadmap milestones, listing summaries, intro requests. Everything they produce is a starting point, not final output.
In particular, the Compliance agent's Form 5329 draft is not legal or tax advice. Israeli tax law is complex and Olim have specific obligations under the 2026 reforms. Before filing anything, review with a qualified Israeli tax advisor. We accept no liability for penalties, interest, or other consequences of acting on AI-generated content.
Similarly, the Real Estate agent surfaces live third-party listings it found on Yad2, Madlan, Homeless, and Facebook groups. We do not verify those listings. Scams exist. Always visit in person before signing or sending money, and never wire funds to a landlord you have not met.
3 — I mean, 5. Third-party services
Aliyah AI sends your text to Anthropic (Claude) and ElevenLabs (voice), and links out to Yad2, Madlan, Homeless, Nefesh B'Nefesh, OpenStreetMap, and others. Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their content, uptime, or decisions.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of output, speed, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your Aliyah is your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Aliyah AI, including lost data, missed deadlines, tax penalties, or housing outcomes. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed what you paid us — which, at time of writing, is zero.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service, or shut it down, at any time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
